Before moving to Reno, Nevada, I spent eight years in Los Angeles, where I studied English & Film at Loyola Marymount University. My first love has always been writing fiction, and in the last two years I've written seven novels, including Happy Birthday to Me 1-3, and The Vampire Underground.
I am currently hard at work on the follow-up to The Vampire Underground, as well as a top secret YA novel that will be explained more in detail later in 2012.
I have also written and directed short films. See some of my work below.
My favorite authors are Stephen King, Scott Smith, Michael Cunningham, Ian McEwan, Ray Bradbury, J.K. Rowling, Roald Dahl, Mark Harris, Michael Crichton, and Robert McCammon, who wrote my all-time favorite novel, Boy's Life. Some of my favorite films include Sunset Boulevard, American Beauty, Mulholland Drive, The Truman Show, Psycho, Halloween, Kill Bill, A Single Man, and The Dark Knight.
